Sonic And The Mystic Gems (previously known as Sonic 1 Harder Levels) is a hack made by Eduardo Knuckles and his team Harder Project of Sonic the Hedgehog on the Sega Mega Drive. It began in 2005 with the simple purpose of being a generic Sonic 1 for Sega Genesis with increase difficulty and revamped versions of the original levels. But now, it's going to present a completely new gaming experience with a new style of level layouts full of paths everywhere among new enemies, new objects, new character abilities, new menus, completely different styles of the Sonic 1 special stages and much more!

Yoshi in Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (by Xenowhirl), made based on the games Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Yoshi's Island.

The game brings several modifications, including new enemies and adaptations in the phases.

Sonic 2: The Alternate Sprites is a Sonic the Hedgehog 2 ROM Hack which changes some of Sonic's and Tails' sprites, including Super Sonic (however with Super Sonic there is a glitch, which causes crashing after falling from a spring).

Bio Evil is a brand new and original game for the SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis. A true 16-bit, nostalgic platforming experience running on genuine SEGA hardware, that will make fans of SEGA's golden era feel warm and fuzzy.

Similar games simply do not exist on the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis. And, there aren't that many isometric games for the console, either.
Now, based on this engine, we will try to create a full-fledged game. Naturally, we will have to work hard, but I hope that we will succeed.

Made by Team AE Sonic 2 Advanced Edit features 7 entirely new zones, each full of unique enemies and with a boss whose gameplay varies depending on which character you play as. Playable characters are Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy. Furthermore as bonus content, the hack features the 5 zones from the 2008 release, brushed up to be fully playable. Upon completing the 7 main zones, you obtain a code to access the level select from which you can play the bonus zones by selecting "South Island 1".

Sonic & Ashuro was released during the Sonic Hacking Contest 2016, I presented the first version of this project: The 3.0 (which I later updated to Sonic Stuff Research Group as 3.1).
I received a lot of good feedback and decided to continue this project, which seemed unfinished. I decided to recast 60% of the game, improve a lot of things, I fixed so many bugs, technical problems, unfinished plans.

Story :

After losing once again against Sonic, Tails and Knuckles on Angel Island, Dr. Eggman in a desperate attempt will use the residual energy of the Chaos Emeralds and damage the spatio-temporal balance of their dimension.
Sonic's world will find itself on the same vibratory plane as its parallel universe, that of Ashuro the badger. But the universes are collapsing on themselves and Dr. Eggman risks destroying all the worlds they harbour.
To prevent the destruction of the world, Sonic and Ashuro will join their forces to restore the order and return to their respective worlds.

It adds Super Sonic and Hyper Sonic to Sonic 1. In addition, you can select from a handful of Super/Hyper music tracks: such as the themes from Sonic 2, 3, & Knuckles.

To unlock Super/Hyper Sonic, you can collect all of the Chaos Emeralds, or select an option on the title screen to enable them from the get-go.

To transform, you jump with one button, and then press a different one while in the air. This will turn you Super. Doing it again will turn you Hyper, and doing it yet again will revert you to normal.

This hack was made by locating the code for the Drop Dash within the PC version of Sonic Mania, decompiling it, translating that code to 68000, and inserting it into S3K.

It is written in ASM , therefore it is superbly played and does not freeze.
