Wheel of Fortune is an American television game show created by Merv Griffin, premiering in 1975 with a syndicated version airing in 1983. Since 1986, the syndicated version has been adapted into various video games spanning numerous hardware generations. Most versions released in the 20th century were published by GameTek, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 1998.

Whip Rush (ウィップラッシュ 惑星ボルテガスの謎) (or Whip Rush: Mystery of the planet Voltegas, Whip Rush 2222AD: The Invasion of the Voltegians) is a side-scrolling space shooter released in 1990 for the Sega Mega Drive System and subsequently for its American counterpart, the Sega Genesis. It came onto the video game scene at a time when this genre was immensely popular.

World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, known in Japan as I Love Mickey & Donald - The Mysterious Magic Box (World of Illusion - アイラブ ミッキー＆ドナルド - ふしぎなマジックボックス World of Illusion - Ai Rabu Mikki ando Donarudo - Fushigi na Majikku Bokkusu?) is a Sega Mega Drive/Genesis platform game that was produced by Sega of Japan and released in 1992. It is part of Sega's Illusion series of Mickey Mouse games.

WWF Royal Rumble is a professional wrestling video game released by LJN in 1993 for the Super NES and Sega Genesis. Like its predecessor, WWF Super WrestleMania it is based on the World Wrestling Federation. It features a variety of match types, including the newly added Royal Rumble match. The game's roster consists of wrestlers who were top stars in the WWF at the time, and each version of the game has five exclusive playable characters. The game boasts several new features, including an on-screen meter grappling meter and steel chairs that can be used as weapons. Royal Rumble also adds a variety of new moves, including illegal tactics such as choking and each wrestler's signature finishing moves. The game was followed up with the Sega Mega-CD release WWF Rage in the Cage and a direct sequel, WWF Raw.
