Street Fighter II': Champion Edition (ストリートファイターIIダッシュ -CHAMPION EDITION-?) is a competitive fighting game released for the arcades by Capcom in 1992. It was the first of several updated versions of the original Street Fighter II: The World Warrior. The main changes consisted of the addition of the Grand Masters (the final four computer-controlled opponents in the single-player mode) as playable characters and mirror matches (same character vs. matches). The fighting techniques of the eight main characters from the original game were also further refined to allowed for more balanced competitive play. Champion Edition was followed by Street Fighter II' Turbo: Hyper Fighting, released several months later.

Street Racer is a racing video game published by Ubisoft for various systems. It was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1994, Mega Drive/Genesis in 1995, PlayStation, Sega Saturn and Game Boy in 1996 and PC and Amiga in 1997. Inspired by Mario Kart, the go-kart themed game combined racing with comedy and beat 'em up influenced violence. The game was a success on the SNES and Mega Drive and received mixed reviews across platforms.

Streets of Rage (ベア・ナックル 怒りの鉄拳, Bea Nakkuru: Ikari no Tekken?, "Bare Knuckle: Furious Iron Fist") is a side-scrolling beat 'em up released by Sega in 1991 for the Mega Drive. It is the first installment of the Bare Knuckle/Streets of Rage series which was followed by Streets of Rage 2 and Streets of Rage 3. The game was also converted over to Sega's Game Gear, Mega-CD and Master System. In 2007, the game was released for the Wii's Virtual Console in North America and Europe, and in 2009 it was released for the iOS via the App Store. The game was again made available as part of Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection in 2009 on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. There was also a comic strip series based upon the games which appeared in Sonic the Comic. These three stories are based on Streets of Rage 2 and do not feature Adam. The game features an acclaimed chiptune soundtrack by Yuzo Koshiro, who released it as an album in the Japanese music market.

Streets of Rage 2, later released in Japan as Bare Knuckle II: The Requiem of the Deadly Battle (ベア・ナックルII 死闘への鎮魂歌, Bea Nakkuru Tsū: Shitō he no Chinkonka?), and in Europe as Streets of Rage II with a Roman numeral, is a side-scrolling beat 'em up video game released by Sega in 1992 for the Mega Drive / Genesis console. The game is also playable in the game Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. It is the second game in the Streets of Rage series, a sequel to Streets of Rage and followed by Streets of Rage 3. The game introduced two new characters: Max Thunder and Eddie "Skate" Hunter (known as Sammy Hunter in Japan), brother of Adam Hunter from the original game.

Streets of Rage 2 hack created by gsaurus, creates a new "extreme" challenge for the seasoned SOR2 player. Features include: - Heroes are faster and stronger, well balanced and with unique improved moves, including a different infinite combo for each character. - Weapons are now more useful. - Faster enemies and different enemy distribution through the levels. Less opportunities to cheat with enemy activations. There are a couple of interesting modifications such as a "bonus jet" on level 5. - Shorter delay on hits - No delay after punching, so the gameplay is more fluid (SOR3-like) - Improved Skate running (pressing forward twice is more responsive, improved ability to restart running when turning around) - Display number of K.O.s during gameplay - New colours for enemies, players and some backgrounds - BGM 1 and 9 are now used

Syndicate Wars, or SW for short, is a groundbreaking hack developed by Red Crimson with help from gsaurus and Daors. It allows you to play with any character of the game, including bosses and thugs, PLUS Adam Hunter (Original Sprites by Daors). That's 23 playable characters! No enemy characters are modified, they play as they are in the original. All characters are selectable on the select screen.Syndicate Wars is designed to be fully moddable with the Pancake2 Editor (v1.6 and above, see further below).

Streets of Rage 3, known in Japan as Bare Knuckle III (ベア・ナックルIII?) and subtitled Tekken Seiten (鉄拳聖典, lit. Iron Fist Scriptures?) in pre-release media and the official soundtrack release, is a side-scrolling beat 'em up released by Sega in 1994 for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis. It is the last part of the Streets of Rage series. It was later released for the Japanese version of Sonic Gems Collection for the Nintendo GameCube and PlayStation 2, and for the Wii Virtual Console on September 24, 2007. The game also appeared in Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game had featured several enhancements over Streets of Rage and Streets of Rage 2 such as a more complex plot, multiple endings, longer levels, increased difficulty, more in-depth scenarios (with interactive levels and the return of traps like pits) and faster gameplay (with dash and dodge moves). Weapons could now only be used for a few times before breaking and could now be integrated with unique moves with certain characters, hidden characters were added and a few cutscenes were included to give the story greater depth.
