A Hack based on sonic 3 made by Jdpense.The aim of this hack is to be a tag team for Sonic 3 and Knuckles (simliar to the tag team gimmick from Sonic Mania's encore mode), where the player has the ability to swap between two players with the press of a button. Sonic The Hedgehog 3 and Sally Acorn (aka Sally in Sonic 3) is a fan-made ROM of the game Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (and Sonic and Knuckles) for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, with Princess Sally Acorn as a playable character in place of Sonic the HedgehogThe game was modified by Sonic Retro member E-122-Psi, with additional programming and coding by other members including Selbi, Markeyjester and Snkenjoi.Sally is slower than Sonic and can't use spin attacks; however, she has a number of stealth and agility-based abilities to compensate and access areas Sonic had difficulty reaching, as well as the use of handheld device NICOLE:NICOLE Laser Attack: Press A and Sally uses NICOLE to fire a small projectile which hits nearby enemies and obstacles.NICOLE Scan Mode: Press B and NICOLE will send a data wave to reprogram monitors and other Eggman traps.NICOLE Downward Laser: Press Down + A/B while airborne to fire or scan at objects straight below. Sally also gets a small vertical boost.Slide: Press Down while running to slide on the ground for a short distance. Sally can also slide under certain obstacles using this method.Somersault Dash: Press Down + C while sliding on the ground and Sally will somersault forward at a high speed. This is useful for jumping long distances.Upward Dash: Hold Down + C while on the ground and Sally will rev her feet on the spot as opposed to a spin dash. Let go of Down to charge full throttle in the facing direction. Be careful though, Sally is vulnerable to blockading obstacles and enemies.Sally also replaces Sonic in Competition Mode. She plays identically to 1 Player Mode.

Sonic 3D Blast, known as Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island (ソニック３Ｄ フリッキーアイランド, Sonikku Surīdī Furikkī Airando?) in Japan and Europe, is an isometric platform game and the second 3D game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, after Sonic the Fighters. It was developed in the United Kingdom by Traveller's Tales and published by Sega. Primarily developed as the last Sonic game for the Sega Genesis, it was later ported to the Sega Saturn and Microsoft Windows, and later re-released on many compilations and digital distribution platforms as well.A separate game, titled Sonic Blast, was also released for the Sega Game Gear in the same year. However, much like the Game Gear versions of Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic the Hedgehog 2, they are similarly titled but decidedly different games.

Sonic 3D: Director's Cut is a hack of Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island made by Jon Burton, founder of Traveller's Tales and the game's original programmer, with the goal of expanding the game with new content to increase replayability and to fix long-standing issues that the game has been criticized for. The project was first announced on Jon Burton's YouTube channel, GameHut, on October 12, 2017, and update videos were uploaded on a basis.A public beta test was released as an expo entry during the 2017 Sonic Hacking Contest for players to try out the game and report bugs or suggest times for the new Time Challenge mode. The finished version was eventually released on December 23, 2017 as an xdelta patch and as a download on the Steam Workshop for owners of Sonic 3D on Steam.

Sonic 3D: No Flickies is a hack of Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island made by Sik. The game remains mostly unchanged; however, the Flicky collection system (part of the core gameplay of the original game) has been removed, allowing the player to complete the levels without needing to collect all the flickies in the level to advance. This makes it much more similar to traditional Sonic games, where the goal is to simply make it to the end of the level without dying.This hack was later built upon further in the hack, Super Sonic in Sonic 3D, which was also created by Sik.

Sonic 4 in 1 is a compilation of Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, and in addition allows you to also play Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Sonic 2 & Knuckles and the Blue Spheres minigame. The original idea for this came from Vladikcomper's Sonic 3 in 1.
