Sonic and Knuckles — Cheat codes

Level Select:

In Mushroom Hill Zone, while hanging off one of the pulling machines, press ⬅️, ⬅️, ⬅️, ➡️, ➡️, ➡️, ⬆️, ⬆️, ⬆️. You should hear a ring chime. Pause and press Ⓐ to be taken back to the title screen. Highlight either Sonic or Knuckles as your character. Press Ⓢ while holding Ⓐ. The menu shows all the levels in both Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles, but you can only play stages that match a certain character. If you want to leave a level, just pause and press Ⓐ again to go back to the title screen.
